We seek to recruit for the position of a Document Controller will be responsible for collating, monitoring, updating and logging safety and delivering paperwork for a variety of projects across the utilities division.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Administrative support for the Business Unit
Ensure that all work is completed in line with company processes and procedures.
Ensure excellent working relations are established, maintained with key interface areas within the business.
Entering data onto the Personnel database. Running reports from same.
Supporting other senior managers within the business (i.e. filing, letters, documents, database input etc.)
Help co-ordinate document management processes.
Assist in the co-ordination of document management policies, protocols and practices.
Computer literate Microsoft applications Excel and Word.
Diligent and thorough in review and entry of data
Self motivated with good organisational skills.
Be able to demonstrate professional approach and work on own initiative or in a team
